Energogroup acted as the investor, developer, and general contractor in the development of Roda shopping centers across Serbia. Projects were successfully completed in Valjevo, Jagodina, Leskovac, Zrenjanin, Vrbas, and Bačka Topola, resulting in a total of eight retail facilities with a combined area of 34,000 m². Each center was carefully adapted to its local context while preserving the recognizable Roda brand identity and functionality. From concept to execution, Energogroup led the entire design and construction process, ensuring a unified interior layout across all locations for a consistent shopping experience. All facilities were equipped with efficient HVAC systems to maintain produce safety, along with dedicated parking areas designed for customer convenience and accessibility.
