Mixed-Use Residential
As the developer and investor, Energogroup built this mixed-use residential/office facility, located in Belgrade’s district of Dedinje with precision and attention to detail so that the tenants can feel secluded from the bustle of the city. The simple and stylish building consists of 13 refined residential units, underground parking on two levels with 45 spaces, and comprises complete fire prevention protection, ventilation, and smoke-free devices. The façade is ventilated, with three types of material finishes: “Porcelanosa” type façade granite tills, travertine stone, and natural wood panels. The basement section of the façade is dominated by glass and provides the business facilities with transparency. The façade wall consists mostly of hollow brick blocks and solid plates of stone wool. The external windows and doors are made of aluminum, with a wooden coating on the inside. Sun protection is achieved by electronically adjustable external Venetian blinds while sliding movable panels in an aluminum frame with wood fillings are used for terraces. Panels on the balconies are manually operated and have both, protective and decorative functions. The low-emission glass has low thermal and sound conductivity. The fences are made of safety glass or wooden panels and inox railings.
