Industrial, Distribution Center
LIDL logistic and distribution center comprises 50,000 sqm of space with a capacity of 30,000 pallets and 120 loading docks. It is one of the largest facilities in southeast Europe. Energogroup as the General Contractor complied with “LEED Gold” certification highest standard in sustainable construction. All of the necessary standards for the use of sustainable materials, more efficient use of water and waste to protect the environment, also more energy efficiency for the facility and better working environment such as air quality andmore daylight. Energogroup completed the project in 2017.
