Energogroup is the Design-Build General Contractor for the Germanbased high-end plumbing fixtures manufacturer. The facility includes a modern steel foundry, as well as a galvanizing plant. Despite the fact that the project comprises production segments that use “dirty technology”, the facility is built according to LEED standards.
