Industrial Plant - Energy From Waste
Vinča is a Waste to Energy Plant, the first of its kind in Serbia. The facility spreads across a 13,000 sqm waste incinerator, producing electricity and thermal energy obtained from organic and non-organic waste incineration. It’s a thermal power plant with a capacity of up to 50MW of electricity and heat. As the General Contractor, Energogroup addressed specific challenges related to meeting all necessary regulations and EU requirements. All construction activities on this project were carried out in accord with the latest international standards, which include the highest standards of environmental protection.
