The first phase of construction is called “Phase I – Jupiter”.
This phase marks the first building block within the complex and includes an independent construction unit. The buildings within the Jupiter phase will be completed and ready for occupancy, offering full comfort for residents and business owners. Importantly, construction of the remaining blocks will be separated and will not interfere with the daily life of Jupiter residents. Details regarding architecture, design, number of residential units, and commercial spaces within Jupiter may vary based on specific project plans.
Phase I – Jupiter comprises 3 residential buildings with a total of 119 apartments. Each building has its own independent structure, offering various housing options. The complex includes a total of 224 parking spaces available to residents, ensuring sufficient capacity.
The apartment layouts within Jupiter range in size from 30 m² to 240 m², providing diverse options for potential buyers in terms of space and configuration.
Jupiter also includes 2 commercial units with private gardens, intended for business use such as small shops, cafés, or other commercial purposes. Each residential building entrance features a reception and security area to ensure a safe and controlled access to the complex.
Additionally, the development features a landscaped pedestrian promenade and a bike path surrounded by green open spaces—perfect for walking, recreation, and enjoying the natural setting of Banovo Brdo Residences.
