Barry Callebaut is a technologically advanced food production facility that processes raw materials for the production of chocolate. Energogroup was the General Contractor for this Design-Build project, with the requirement of meeting stringent health standards. The complex contains clean zones and rooms for the production and storage of products, specialty HVAC systems for production zones, and laboratories for testing raw materials.
