Povodom aktuelne situacije vezano za poslovanje Alta Banke a.d. Beograd, čiji smo klijent od 24.07.2024.g., osećamo se odgovornim da obavestimo domaću i međunarodnu javnost da je kompanija Energogroup d.o.o. iz Beograda za sve godine svog poslovanja ostvarila jednokratnu poslovnu saradnju sa Alta Bankom a.d. (promet sopstvenih sredstava u periodu od 16.03.2026.g. do 27.03.2026.g.), bez realizacije kreditnog posla ili drugih bankarskih proizvoda, iako je Alta Banka od 2020.g. bila zainteresovana za međusobnu poslovnu saradnju.
Posebno naglašavamo da kompanija Energogroup posluje već 25 godina na domaćem i inostranom tržištu, u skladu zakona i pozitivnih pravnih propisa, te iz razloga očuvanja integriteta kompanije i njenih zaposlenih izdajemo ovo saopštenje.
Takođe stojimo na raspolaganju nadležnim državnim organima za proveru navoda iz ovog saopštenja, kao i svih drugih relevantnih činjenica koje se odnose na delokrug našega rada.

In light of the current situation concerning the operations of Alta Banka a.d. Belgrade, of which we have been a client since 24 July 2024, we feel a responsibility to inform the domestic and international public that, throughout all the years of its operations, Energogroup d.o.o. Belgrade has engaged in a one-off business cooperation with Alta Banka a.d., involving transactions with our own funds between 16 March 2026 and 27 March 2026, without entering into any lending arrangements or using any other banking products, although Alta Banka had expressed an interest in establishing business cooperation with us as early as 2020.
We particularly wish to emphasise that Energogroup has been operating in domestic and international markets for 25 years, in accordance with the law and applicable regulations. We are issuing this statement to safeguard the integrity of the company and its employees.
We also remain at the disposal of the competent state authorities to verify the statements made in this announcement, as well as all other relevant facts relating to the scope of our operations.
