Aircraft Industry, Production Facility
MTU is one of the world’s best-known companies for the production, overhaul, and maintenance of aircraft engines. Energogroup was the Design-Build General Contractor for this demanding project. The facility has separate zones with robust requirements for ventilation systems and utilized specialty materials for the protection of work surfaces within the production zones. A specific challenge was the synchronization of the technology equipment in coordination with the remainder of the building’s systems. The entire facility was constructed according to LEED Gold standards.
