Aviv Arlon is one of the leading companies in the real estate sector. The company that had already completed 50 projects in Israel, Europe and the US, arrived in Serbia and began investing locally in 2007. In 2015, Aviv Arlon successfully completed the project in Zrenjanin - the Aviv Park. Energogroup was pleased to take on the project and the challenge, as the General Contractor. The project consisted of building all the utilities and supporting structures for retail stores, restaurants, a cinema, and 220 parking spaces for visitors. The 20,750 sqm investment was completed in 5 months.
