Office Building
The 3,800 sqm mixed-use facility includes office space and 50 parking spaces, serving as the headquarters for the Sava Insurance Company. This project involved the construction of core and shell space, with tinted glass windows on one side for better energy consumption. At the time of construction, the building was one of the major construction projects carried out in the vicinity of the Sava riverfront. Despite the specificity of the location, significant differences in the surrounding altitudes, potential landslides and organization of traffic, the construction was successfully completed and the building became part of the panoramic image of Belgrade’s urban landscape.
